VIP merchandise is a gift from BetFury, which can be requested once through the form on the VIP Lounge or Super VIP Lounge pages. How to order VIP merchandise? 

* Specify your preferred communication channel.
* Wait until the VIP manager contacts you to clarify the delivery details.
* You can follow the status of your order on the VIP Lounge page in the VIP Merch section, or you can contact your VIP manager if you have any questions.
* Receive your merch and share your feedback on X (former Twitter). We will be very grateful for your feedback!

* We guarantee the safe storage of the provided personal information.
* We reserve the right to refuse any request for merchandise without explaining the reason.
* It may take up to 90 working days from when the request is approved to when the user receives the parcel.
* It is possible to temporarily suspend the distribution of branded merchandise, in which case a notification will be published in the VIP Lounge.
